## What does it cost to work with a KTE Travel advisor?

We charge a modest, refundable planning fee that is credited back to your trip once you confirm a booking. Our compensation comes primarily from our cruise partners, at no additional cost to you — and often with added shipboard credit, upgrades, or amenities you would not receive booking direct.

## Why book a cruise through an advisor instead of directly with the cruise line?

Cruise lines sell cabins. Advisors design trips. We hold top-tier partner status with the lines we represent, which gives our clients better access, real-time support, and the ability to solve problems quickly when something goes wrong at sea.

## Which cruise lines do you work with?

Our partners include AmaWaterways, Viking, Uniworld, Tauck, Scenic, Avalon, Regent Seven Seas, Silversea, Seabourn, Oceania, Crystal, and a curated list of expedition operators including Lindblad, Ponant, and Hurtigruten.

## Do you book independent travel and land programs too?

Yes. While cruise is our specialty, we regularly arrange pre- and post-cruise hotels, private guiding, and bespoke land itineraries for our clients.

## What if something goes wrong during my trip?

You will have a direct line to your advisor — not a call center. We are available outside business hours for in-trip emergencies and routinely re-route, re-book, and advocate on our clients' behalf in real time.

Yes. KTE Travel LLC is a member of CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) and ASTA (American Society of Travel Advisors), and is a registered seller of travel (CST #2133830-50, FL ST40371).
